Who we are

Located in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick, our name, Bright & Brine, refers to the fresh and saltwater merroir and terroir that make Canadian coastal areas unique. The gallery features art that reflects these elements and similar natural dichotomies.

Bright & Brine is owned and curated by Kathryn Basham, a Kentucky native who has made New Brunswick her home for the past 13 years.

From our core collections of limited-print photography of Canadian landscapes and elegant sculptures from Kinngait (Cape Dorset), the "Capital of Inuit Art", to our rotating collection of creators, Bright & Brine offers something for everyone to discover.
